All of our products can be returned.

How to return items
Include a completed DevilKnits Return Form with your returned items. A Return Form is included with your purchase.
Shipping for returns
Original shipping rates are not refundable unless the item is damaged or faulty on receipt. Contact DevilKnits for an exchange or refund on faulty goods.
Delivery and handling charges on all other returns are not refundable and products are to be returned to DevilKnits at the customers own expense and risk. Include your completed DevilKnits Return Form with your item/s. We recommend Australia Post registered post packs to enable tracking.
Credit for returns
Changed your mind or not happy with your purchase? DevilKnits offer a refund or exchange period of 7 days from receipt of goods. This refund or exchange is only available for unused/unworn products in original condition with undamaged packaging.
